We begin with a no-obligation consultation by phone or Zoom, where you’ll share your travel dreams and preferences. I’ll listen carefully to understand your vision and begin shaping the experience that fits you perfectly.

Step 2: Design & Refine

Next, I create personalized suggestions tailored to your travel style, interests, and budget. After you review the ideas, I craft a day-by-day itinerary filled with curated stays, private guides, and one-of-a-kind experiences.

To begin this phase, there’s a $250 planning fee (or $500 for groups of 6+)—fully applied to your total trip cost.

Every itinerary is handcrafted exclusively for you — never one-size-fits-all.

Step 3: Confirm & Prepare

Once you’re thrilled with the itinerary, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining per-person pricing and all inclusions. You’ll arrange your own flights, and I’ll manage everything else—accommodations, transfers, experiences, and on-the-ground coordination.

A 50% deposit secures all bookings; final payment is due 120 days before departure. Payments can be made via secure ACH transfer or credit card (a small fee applies to credit cards).

Your trip is now in expert hands — all you have to do is pack.

Step 4: Travel with Confidence

A month before you depart, you’ll receive a beautifully organized travel packet including your confirmed itinerary, tickets, contact info, restaurant recommendations, and insider tips for a seamless journey.

While you’re traveling, we stay in close contact—and our trusted partners in Italy are available 24/7 should you ever need assistance.
